What should I Bring?
1. Food and feeding instructions. No matter how easy or complicated, let us know what food to feed and how to do it!
2. Medications. Be as descriptive as you want, the more info the better! We want to know everything about the pets we are caring for.
3. Bedding/toys. Bring whatever makes your pet feel comfortable. We provide elevated pet beds but many pets feel more relaxed with a blanket or sweatshirt that smells like home. Please refrain from rawhides and other choking hazards.
4. All dogs need to be on a leash when in our facility at all times!
What to expect?
Although each dog is different, you may notice a few behaviors after picking up your dog.
* They may be hungrier/thirstier than normal. Many dogs don't eat or drink as much as they would at home.
*Diarrhea. Luckily this doesn't happen too often but it can. The combination of anxiety and the excitement of being reunited with owners can cause loose stools for a few days. This is normal, however if this continues longer or they are refusing to drink water please contact your vet immediately.
Cancellation policy
We need 48 hours notice of a cancellation or your reservation price for the suite will be charged to your card.

Flea and Tick preventative
During the summer months we ask that you use a preventive (ex: frontline, nexgard, bravecto) to reduce the amount of ticks on your dog. if your dog comes in for boarding with ticks or fleas they will receive a medicated bath which the owner will be billed for.
Wound Care
We highly recommend not boarding your dog with a wound that is not fully healed or less than 10 days old. This is for the safety of your dog and other dogs. This includes Spays, Neuters and other surgical procedures.
